Overview Project Director | Water Infrastructure Projects. Turning the recruitment game upside down and inside out. This role is more than delivery. As part of the SLT, you'll lead in a fast-growing business now transforming strategically from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage concurrent water infrastructure projects Take full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes Engage closely with the tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to completion Oversee a strong support team, including dedicated HSEQ resources, post-award commercial and project controls support and a CA or QS on each project Manage 6-10 direct reports (depending on the size of projects) Report directly to the General Manager Work flexibly across office and site (2–3 days expected onsite or in the office each week) About You Background in Tier 2–4 civil or utilities contracting Deep understanding of utilities infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater Ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem solving Next steps For more information, please contact Nadene Barretto on 0432 124418 or nadene@eightrecruitment.com.au, or simply apply.
